Job Accountability: • Accountable in proactive sourcing IT/ Technology candidate board range from fresh graduation to executive level to timely meet the requirement of client. • Accountable for weekly and monthly sourcing target and manage the recruitment team in order to achieve the requirement result. • Possess personal networking and candidate database leading to IT/ Technology candidate and community. • Ensure creative sourcing activity have been approached and conducted to achieve the result.
Qualification: • 10 Year experience in recruiting IT/ Technology candidate, • Experiences in recruitment agency business relevant to IT candidate sourcing or related field, • Well rounded experience in result based environment, • Experience in managing recruitment team to get the result, • Hands on and Result Oriented, • Interpersonal and Negotiation skill, • Expert in building and managing relationship • High level of networking skill
