Software System Technical Support
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support of company's software and services to via email and phone. * Provide onsite installation, migration and troubleshooting at customer offices in Thailand. * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution. * Coordinate with other teams in Singapore and Malaysia to solve problem. * Follow up on open calls from client. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Be a system trainer for new clients and/or refresh system training upon customer request both small and big group of customer, and upon new upgrade of the products. * Contact clients on regular basis for system functionality follow-up * Create adapted documentations and user manuals * Operate other jobs that have been assigned for
* Bachelor degree or Diploma in IT/Communication or relevant field. * Understanding of restaurant operation software such POS is prefer. * 2 - 3 years’ experience in providing IT Support/troubleshooting either remotely, onsite or both. * Technically sound and competent in networking, MS operating systems and general PC hardware and software. * Excellent command of written and spoken English. * Self-Motivated, confident and possess solid communication skills. * Willing to undertake travel other provinces and aboard Professional look with pleasant personality. * High service minded and able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible work hour. * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. * Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop. * Able to work independently or in a team as required. * Can do multi task work and solve problems immediately.
